Solution :This striking case of the Inter-American Court jurisprudence, allowed the latter to remind the fundamental obligations of the States to protect the most vulnerable groups, such as street children. Violation of the article 4 (right to life), article 5 (right to integrity of the person), article 7 (right to liberty), article 19 (Rights of the child), articles 8 and 25 (right to judicial protection and judicial guarantee) and the Inter-American Convention on the prevention against torture.
