Torture and ill-treatment in the context of juvenile justice: findings from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Geogia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Républic of Moldova, Tajikistan and Ukraine

This report written by the European Commission and the UNICEF was led between 2011 and 2013 on the torture and bad treatments in juvenile justice in 8 countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kirgizstan, Moldavia republic, Tajikistan and Ukraine. For each country, a national report is published. This report allows summarising them and explains the factors contributing to torture and bad treatments as well as the possible alternatives.
