Administrative detention of children: a global report

This report shows the administrative detention of children in some cases : for security reasons, for migration reasons, in the case of children in conflict with the law, in the case where the child needs care and protection, or for medical reasons. Then, it presents in some of these cases, statistics, context and the circumstances, the legal frame, the national laws and practices, the rights of the child threaten during detention measures, and presents a conclusion. This report study seven cases: Burundi, Guatemala, India, Guantanamo bay, United Kingdom, Tajikistan, and the North and middle of the Eastern region of Africa.
